Curriculum Vitae
 
 

He was born in Akyazı in 1952 and he completed his primary and middle school education in Adapazarı, Lycee education in Bolu Teachers’ Training School. He graduated from the Department of Management-Accounting of the Commerce and Tourism Teachers’ Training College in 1974. He was a research assistant in the Department of Management and Accounting of the College mentioned above in 1975-1977 and a research assistant in the Department of Industrial Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Faculty of Gazi University in 1980-1984. He was lecturer in the same department in 1984-1988. He completed his Ph.D. with a thesis on “The Application of Modern Control Systems on Advertising Models” in the field of Industrial Engineering. He was an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture in 1988-1993 and in the Department of Business Education, Faculty of Industrial Arts Education, Gazi University in 1993-1995. He worked at the National Productivity Center as a consultant in Reseacrh Techniques in 1986-1989 along with his academic duties in the University. He was in Huddersfield University, England in 1994, sponsored by YÖK-World Bank Industrial Education Project. He became an associate professor in the field of Production Management and Marketing in 1995 and professor in 2000.
