Dr. Niyazi Alper TAPAN was born in Ankara in 1974. He finished his undergraduate education in Middle East Technical University Chemical Engineering Department in 1996 and got his M.Sc.degree from the same department in Middle East Technical University in 1999. He was admitted for a YÖK scholarship in 1999, and continued his academic life with a Ph.D degree in Illinois Institute of Technology in 2003. Dr. Tapan is now continuing his career life as an associate proffesor in Gazi University Chemical Engineering Department.
