He was born Başyayla/Karaman in 1953. In 1978, Ataturk University, Faculty of Science, graduated from the Chemistry Department. In 1980 was appointed as Assistant to the end and in 1985 he completed a PhD in Organic Chemistry sciences. 1986 - 1987 by the Ataturk University and the University of Pittsburgh (USA) has done research on Diradikaller with financial support. In 1987 became Professor of Organic Chemistry Branch, and has at ünvanla section. In 1989, Gazi University, Gazi Education Faculty, Associate Professor of Chemistry Department of Education came as a relay. In 1993, the same staff has been appointed Professor in the Department and is currently working on the same team. Since 1994 began, and interest in Chemistry Education in 1997 YÖK - World Bank, Education Development Project in the framework of investigations on this subject in schools in England found. 1989 - 2001 years in the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE), Environment Preparatory Group President and Chairman of the Assembly did. Preparation of environmental management standards by many international meetings related to the TSE, and then joined the many organizations represented on the Environmental Management training and gave lectures. 1996 - 2000 years between the Gazi University, Institute of Science & Assistant Director of Environment Department of the Presidency next, Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Dergisi Editing made. Various periods of Gazi Faculty of Education, the Faculty Board - Faculty of Management Board Member and Chairman of the Chemistry Department of Education conducted. 2005 January - September 2008 between the dates of the Dean of the Faculty of Gazi Education conducted. Supported by TUBITAK and Gazi University Rectorate by carrying out many projects, many Ph.D. and Master's thesis was managing. Organic Chemistry and Chemistry Education in the fields of foreign and 13, 5 to 18 domestic publications, 4 is the original book and contributed to many of the book has translated to English. Often used in organic chemistry courses, especially "Atasoy Molecular Model Set" at the service of students in developed and presented by producing the chemical. He is married and has two children.
