Careers	Aysu AKALIN is a graduate of Gazi University, Department of Architecture, Ankara. She received her Masters of Restoration from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Architecture, Ankara in 1991. In 1996, she completed her Ph.D. at the University of Manchester, School of Architecture. She worked as an architect in several private offices in Turkey before taking her present position as a research assistant at the Gazi University in 1988.
